Living in Battle Creek, a city structured off education, and the history that government and politics created, black men feel powerless toward improving their living conditions and improving the standard of quality of life for themselves and their loved ones, guys feel they are stuck in a cycle of challenge, created through a long history of government and politics that history has proven to have minimal positive effect toward making surviving in the inner city black communities less of a challenge for those that are affected by the lack of resource provisioning that assist people in their struggle to survive. Survival for black men living in Battle Creek is difficult because capitalism, operating individually or in an official capacity makes surviving such a challenge as people operate within the scope of the regulatory nature of professionalism.

Individuals accredited in society with complete legitimacy, bearing all associated credentials, do they apply knowledge possessed in the most impactful way they choose, or do professionals apply knowledge only in ways allowed?

Friend of the Court is a government program designed to ensure that children are supported and that the funds exhausted by health institutions associated with childbirth are retrieved to be allocated as appropriate. However, FOC is a leading cause in stagnating the development of the family structure and also the productivity of Black parents affected by implementing institutional incarceration of those who do not comply with stipulations set forth by FOC guidelines,
